![]() ![]() If they are going to implement a prestige system, I would prefer it have some kind of in-game benefit but it could just be cosmetic/emote driven if done right.įor the in-game benefit, I think it would be cool to have a prestige class be given a raised level cap (+5 levels/prestige). I really want more incentive to play my maxed out perks rather than leveling my remaining perks, but it feels like somewhat like wasted time to do so. If there were cosmetic changes such as just levels for show, perk specific item rewards, vault dosh or whatever just let us level above level 25 with no bonuses other than getting milestone rewards. My personal thoughts are that if there were to be gameplay changing effects from prestige, it should be minor to the point where you dont particularly feel the need to keep grinding it or suck, also having an experience boost so it's not as slow the second time around would be nice. I dont think people want it to be that you hit level 25 and that's it OR reset perks for rewards/stats. That and gameplay changing effects have others concerned, while I'd personally enjoy it to an extent. I'm not quite sure we'd want to reset our perks and have to go through the phases of not being able to play on higher difficulties for a while just for cosmetic changes. I think we could all use some clarity on what types of changes we could see involving this. ![]() I also am concerned about what gameplay changing effects you may have in mind for said system if it were to be added.Īnd finally, if there's just cosmetics involved for 'resetting' a perk and leveling it again, I'd rather avoid the entire system itself.
